固定後、次亜塩素酸系漂白剤で軽くエッチングしたものです。 collagenの周囲をとり巻く糖蛋白が取り除かれたせいでしょうか、無処理に比べより明瞭に横紋構造が表れてきます。しかし、長時間処理をやってもラセン構造は表れてくれませんでした。
The tissues were fixed with 2.5% glutaraldehydenin 0.1M cacodylate buffer and etched with bleachers of HClO series.


摘出したRat meniscus を固定、脱水、乾燥後、DC-ion-etching した像です。 collagen は、67nm 周期ごとに破壊が生じています。
The tissues treated with above-mentioned method were followed by critical point-drying, DCion-etching at 1mA,1kV 10min.


ニワトリ腱のcollagen fibrilsです。ここでは横紋構造がディスクの状に観察されます。
Chicken heel tendon were fixed in a 2.5% glutaraldhyde in 0.1M cacodylate buffer for 2hr, then 1% osmium tetroxide solutions.
