透過電子顕微鏡 PIX sysTEM 日本電子1200EX
加速電圧120ｋＶの透過電子顕微鏡にイメージングプレート(IP)を使用し、画像をデジタル化した装置です。画素数は2048*1536あり、約6Ｍ程のデータ量となりす。撮影が終了したIPは、IPリーダで読み出してデジタル画像（画素数1536Ｘ2048、濃度階調4096階調、データサイズ6.3ＭＢ）となります。
通常の写真用フィルム撮影もできますから、目的により使い分けが可能です。
In use Imaging Plate System for transmission electron microscope which is a total system convering process from image acquisition to image printing. Through the image reading process, TEM image recorded on an effective area of 77X102mm on the IP is converted into a digital image of 1536X2048 pixel with the pixel size of 50X50μm and 4096 gray levels.
