Lifestyle today has an adverse effect on the health of people, including lack of exercise, nutritional imbalance, and mental health issues.
Health promotion activities tackle these problems not only in the community but also in the workplace.
An important aspect of human health promotion is to have a support framework for those individuals who want to modify their lifestyle.
Lifestyle modification is no simple task. For the individual, it requires a commitment to greater self-awareness. When it relates to the workplace environment, it is essential to have management's support and cooperation.
There are health-related problems that are prevalent particularly in the workplace environment, including chronic fatigue and job-related stress.
Health promotion activities are very important to the vitality of the entire workforce. Positive lifestyle modifications among can help to improve and sustain the capability of the workforce, improving the quality of working life.
Physical inactivity degrades the quality of life, causes illness and disease and leads to premature death.
We promote awareness of the health benefits of daily physical activity and improving fitness, and we provide guidance for lifestyle modification including exercise, nutrition and mental health.

  1. Development of objective health measurements for evaluation of physical fitness of workers.
  2. Development of methods to improve life style for health promotion.
  3. Clarification of measurable biological factors for evaluation of physical fitness.
  4. Development of methods to detect and improve risk factors for various disorders derived from unhealthy life style with special reference to oxidative stress.
  5. Studies on the effects of physical fitness on work ability.
  6. Practice of health promotion for workers in collaboration with the community-based activity.
