Dear colleagues,

On behalf of the Scientific Committee on Aging and Work of the International Commission on Occupational Health (ICOH), the Vietnam Association of Occupational Health (VINAOH), the Ergonomics Department of the University of Occupational and Environmental Health, Japan (UOEH) and the Technical Committee on Aging of the International Ergonomics Association (IEA), we would like to thank all participants and presenters to the 3rd International Symposium on Work Ability.

The event gathered a total of 116 participants from 20 countries, including the presentation of 3 keynotes, 49 oral presentations and 25 poster presentattions. We were very happy with the quality of the scientific content and of the rich discussions.
