2022 [7th] ILO Commissioned Survey on Professionals in Occupational Health Systems in Asian Countries (posted on July 15, 2022)

The International Labour Organization (ILO) commissioned us to conduct a survey on the profession of occupational health systems.

The project was commissioned by the University of London, the Australian Institute of Health & Safety and the University of Occupational and Environmental Health, Japan.

Group for Social Environment of the Institute of Industial and Ecologial Sciences (IIES) shared the responsibility of reviewing the legal systems of Asian countries and conducting interviews with government administrators and related parties to investigate the development of occupational health personnel engaged in health and safety management.

Currently, several teams, including the Australian Institute of Health & Safety are conducting research in Western and Latin American countries, and the Middlesex University London is going to integrate and analyze reports from each country. This project will be used to provide assistance to developing countries in Asia and to countries that are creating systems for occupational health, and The Middlesex University London will also be involved in this project.

We will continue to actively cooperate with the ILO and other organizations in their international work.
