Flow Cytometer (Cell Sorter-Elite/Excell, Coulter)
The system qualifies the cells by measuring a scattered light and fluorescence from blood cells and cultured cells that are dyed with the immuno-fluorescence; and the cells, cytoplasmic organelles, and chromosomes that are dyed with DNA fluorescence using argon laser and dye laser. Beside cell analysis, Elite is also capable to sort the cells.
