Dr. Preecha Prempree, Director of Bureau of Occupational and Environmental Diseases in the Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health, Thailand visited UOEH on Thursday, August 27. He was accompanied by Dr. Nalinee Sripaung and Ms. Sophida Phaocharoen from Rayong Occupational Health and Environmental Development Center where Dr. Sripaung works as the Director.

After a courtesy visit to Mr. Moriyama, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and President Higashi, a meeting and tours within and outside of UOEH followed.

2015 [14th] Medical Education Exchange Program with Wonkwang University (Posted on Sept. 30, 2015)

Based on the agreement regarding the Medical Education Exchange Program signed in 2010, we welcomed Dr. Seung-Jae Byun, Dr. Ju-Hwan Lee and seven students from Wonkwang University, Korea.

Following an opening ceremony and a welcome reception on September 7th, the Korean students joined UOEH students for two weeks of clinical training at the UOEH hospital.

Based on feedback from the students of Wonkwang University and UOEH, the exchange program was a great opportunity for them to learn from each other, and they hope to deepen their friendship in the future.
