＜Attendance to a Consultation Seminar organized by Ministry of Public Health, Thailand＞

The International Center supported the attendance of Assist. Prof. Shoko Kawanami, Department of Health Policy and Management, Institute of Industrial Ecological Sciences to the International Legislation Consultation Seminar on Prevention and Control of Occupational and Environmental Diseases organized by the Bureau of Occupational and Environmental Diseases, Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health, Thailand for June 7-8. 

Assist. Prof. Kawanami delivered a speech on the Legislation Development and Implementation on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases in Japan and Experiences of Risk Management in Japan. Attendees were from Thailand, China and international agencies such as the WHO, and they had a lively discussion regarding legislation and enforcement for prevention and control of occupational and environmental diseases in Thailand.

2016 [8th] Medical Education Exchange Program 2016 (Posted on July 26, 2016)

<Medical Education Exchange Program 2016>

Based on the MOU with each university, UOEH sent sixth year students to the Universities in Taiwan and Korea as Medical Education Exchange Program 2016. Students told us that they had a wonderful experience and appreciated the hospitality which they received from their host universities throughout the program.

・Mackay Medical College, Taiwan

  2 students for May 8-21,  2 students for May 22 – June 4

・Wonkwang University, Korea

  4 students for May 22 – June 4

・Kosin University, Korea

  5 students for May 23 – June 4
